Information submitted to LMJ

When you request an estimate or rewards enrollment, LMJ receives the contact details, project address, measurements, project preferences, requested availability and notes you choose to submit. LMJ uses that information to respond to your request, prepare and discuss an estimate, schedule a walkthrough, prevent abuse and maintain business records.

Contact permission

Submitting a form authorizes LMJ to contact you about that specific estimate or rewards request using the phone number or email you provide. Rewards members may receive account and program messages they request; neither form enrolls you in unrelated recurring marketing. Standard carrier charges may apply to calls or texts.

Sharing and retention

LMJ should limit access to people and service providers who need the information to operate the estimate and project workflow, and should not sell estimate-request information. Records may be retained as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, dispute prevention and legal obligations.

Accounts, subscriptions and payments

Premium accounts store the subscriber’s identity, business profile, customers, estimates, invoices, payment status and subscription identifiers. Stripe processes checkout and billing information under its own privacy practices. LMJ stores transaction references, consent records and payment status but does not store complete card or bank-account numbers. Records may be retained for account operation, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations.

Employee location information

Authorized workforce accounts may provide location only when an employee deliberately clocks in or out for an assigned job. Location should be limited to attendance verification, visible to authorized management, retained only as reasonably necessary, and not used for continuous off-duty tracking.

Your choices

Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card details, government identification numbers or medical information in the notes field. To ask about, correct or request deletion of submitted information, call LMJ at (904) 319-3317. Legal or recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.

LMJ should update this notice before adding analytics, advertising pixels, new data uses or third-party customer systems. Do not place sensitive personal information in free-text notes. A licensed attorney should review the final notice against the services and vendors actually operating at launch.
