Clear program terms

Membership and points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not create ownership or a bank account. Rewards are project credits and cannot reduce a project below its stated minimum.

Points post only after LMJ verifies eligibility and full payment. Returns, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, fraud, duplicate accounts or errors may result in reversal or correction.

Offers must state their eligibility, dates and limits. Taxes and legal obligations remain the participant’s responsibility where applicable. This is a loyalty program, not a sweepstakes, lottery or contest.

LMJ may update or end the program with reasonable notice, but should honor already approved rewards according to the terms in effect when earned, unless fraud, error or law requires otherwise.
